Safety is essential for our growers, our employees and especially, our customers. We’re one of the few cherry processors who protects consumers with pasteurization of all bottled products. And as you’d expect from growers who put quality first, our safety practices adhere to nationally recognized HACCP, SSOP and GMP standards.

And while our own food safety standards are tough—we go one step further. We’re independently audited by NSF-Cook and Thurber, The American Baking Institute and PrimusLabs.com—and we repeatedly earn “superior” ratings for food safety.

You can count on the quality and safety of our cherry products, no matter which form we deliver—fresh, frozen, canned, puree, glacé, dried or bottled.
